From Sasha Baron Cohen dumping ashes on Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet to Meryl Streep's acceptance speech for best actress. there was a lil something for everyone this year and the ratings show it.
The ratings were up 4% from last year when James franco and Anne Hathaway hosted movies' biggest night.
